If you have a contractor or renovations happening in your unit please fill out this form. Only a few fields need to be filled before you can submit and send it to your contractor for completion.
You also may need an elevator booking for some items your contractor may need to bring in. The elevator is free and available from 9 to 5 and booked through the portal.
Please also discuss with your contractor if heavy demolition will be going on in your unit and please let us know. As we need to notify your neighbors of any noise that may occur from the work.
