Please use this as a checklist to complete your move-in.
Registration: Fill out online form (click "Join" button). Receive confirmation email from "Resident Services". Submit proper documentation like your lease or deed to management by replying to the email. This needs to be done BEFORE you move in or we will not be able to give you your fobs to access the building.
Moving Company: If you are using a moving company we will need a copy of their insurance to allow them on the property. Please send to management upon completion.

Elevator Booking: Once you are processed in the system, you will receive a portal invitation. Redeem the invitation and register. Book an elevator (available to registered user only) if you plan to move or have furniture or other large items delivered to your new unit. You only need to pick a day and time and it is available to you whenever with no costs.

Elevator Booking: If you are moving furniture of any kind or other large items you MUST book an elevator.
Disposing Furniture: If you plan to dispose of any furniture please contact the office and discuss some options. All cushion furniture MUST be wrapped in clear new plastic.
