1 Primary Contact: Only one person per unit must fill out registration. Other contacts must be added by the primary contact after registration.
2 Registration: Fill out online form (click "Proceed" button). Receive confirmation email from "Resident Services". Submit proper documentation like your lease or deed to management by replying to the email.
3 Moving Company: If you are using a moving company we will need a copy of their insurance to allow them on the property.
4 Elevator Booking: Once you are processed in the system, you will receive a portal invitation. Redeem the invitation and register. Book an elevator (available to registered user only) if you plan to move furniture or other large items.
