Deliveries 

If you are having a delivery for large furniture or other large items please follow this info on our requirements.

​Here is your delivery checklist:
First you'll need to book an elevator so we can get your delivery up without a hitch. We understand the time of their arrival is out of your control. So as long as you have a booking on the calendar for the day they're coming, you will be set to go no need to worry about the time. If they happen to arrive during another booking, that's ok we'll just wait until they've finished.
Next we need their COI (Certificate of Insurance) BEFORE we allow them on the premises. Attached here is a template they can follow for the COI. Send it to them and they can take care of it from there. You’ll then need to email it back to management for confirmation along with any other questions.

 Unit Renovations

If you are having a contractor service in your unit please follow this info on our requirements.

​Here is your checklist for renovations:
First the contractor registration form. To complete it all you need is to sign in 2 places, put your email in, and add some unit info. After everything is completed and you press submit it will ask for your contractor's email. After that the rest will be taken of by your contractor including a COI that they MUST attach for work to begin.
Next you also may need an elevator booking for some items your contractor may need to bring in. The elevator is free and available from 9 to 5 and booked through the link.  Please also discuss with your contractor if heavy demolition will be going on in your unit and please let us know. As we need to notify your neighbors of any noise that may occur from the work at least 2 days prior to the start date.
